We recently had the chance to connect with Brynlee Sky and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brynlee, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I am being called to be fully seen as a trans woman, especially in a time where authenticity matters more than ever, and also as a healer, a leader, and someone whose work is guided by intuition and spiritual insight. I feel a pull to step deeper into my modeling and acting, and to use those platforms to share my gifts, my story, and my perspective in a way that brings more light and positive energy into the world. For a long time I kept pieces of myself guarded or tried to exist quietly, but now I feel called to honor every part of who I am. I am embracing my voice, my femininity, my creativity, and the spiritual side of my work without apologizing for any of it. I am stepping into a new level of courage, and it feels right. I am allowing myself to show up in places I once thought were too big for me, and I am realizing those places were always meant for me.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Brynlee Sky. I am a trans woman, a Celebrity Psychic, a Reiki Healer, a model and actress, and the CEO and Founder of The House of Honey LLC. My work blends intuition, energy healing, and creative expression with the compassion I have gained from my years as a healthcare professional. I created The House of Honey to be a space where people can experience clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to their highest self. The brand reflects who I am as a natural born healer and also represents the creative side of my journey through my content, my modeling, and my work in the acting world. Everything I do, whether I am guiding clients, creating, or stepping into new opportunities, is rooted in bringing more light, empowerment, and positive energy into humanity. The House of Honey is expanding into a global platform, and I am currently working on hosting Soul Evolution events around the world to help people transform their lives and step into their true purpose.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a very intuitive and sensitive child who saw life through a different lens. I always felt connected to something bigger than myself. I felt energies before I understood what they were, and I knew things without anyone telling me. I also knew from a very young age that my spirit expressed itself in a feminine way, even if I did not have the language for it yet. I was curious, imaginative, and deeply in tune with people’s emotions. I was the child who comforted others, who listened, who observed, and who felt the truth behind things. Those early parts of me were pure and unfiltered. They were not shaped by expectations or limitations. They were simply who I was. Over time I had to learn how to reconnect with that version of myself, the one who was guided by intuition and authenticity, and that journey back to my true self has become one of the most powerful parts of my story.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There were many moments when I almost gave up. Growing up biracial, I experienced racism, childhood trauma, and abandonment from my own family. I was the soft and feminine child who was often picked on and misunderstood, yet even then I felt connected to something greater than myself. I always sensed that I had a higher calling, even if I did not have the language for it at the time. At fifteen I ran away from home to create a better life for myself, and I have been working hard and standing on my own ever since. Losing my mother was the darkest moment I have ever faced, and it took me to a place where I no longer wanted to live. Something kept me here, and looking back I know God gave me another chance. That moment became the beginning of my transformation. Everything that was meant to destroy me awakened a strength I did not know I had. I learned that my pain could be the reason I stayed down or the reason I rose, and I chose to rise. My spiritual gifts, my intuition, my resilience, and my purpose were all shaped through what I survived, and that is where my power was born.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is the real me. I live my life in a very honest and authentic way, both online and offline. What people see on social media is the same energy they would feel if they were sitting with me in person. I believe in showing up as my true self, not a filtered version. Doing my shadow work has taught me how to embrace both my light and my darker sides, and that balance has made me more grounded and self aware. I believe in truth, integrity, and accountability. I believe in leading with good intentions and a pure heart, but I also know that I am not perfect and that it is okay not to be. What matters to me is being true to myself and staying aligned with who I know I am. Authenticity is not something I perform for the camera. It is the way I move through my everyday life.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
The story I hope people tell about me when I am gone is that I was a woman who turned her pain into purpose and used her gifts to bring more light into the world. I want people to say that I inspired them to rise, to heal, and to believe in themselves again. I hope they remember me as someone who walked in her truth as a trans woman, a healer, and a spiritual guide, and who was never afraid to show both her light and her shadows. I hope they talk about how kind, gentle, and compassionate I was, and how real and how real and intentional I was. I want to be remembered as someone who did not judge others, who loved people for who they were, and who saw everyone with the same respect and humanity no matter their background. I hope they talk about how I made people feel seen, understood, and supported on their own journeys. I hope they remember The House of Honey as a place of clarity, love, and transformation, and the Soul Evolution events as moments that changed lives. More than anything, I want people to say that my presence on this earth helped them step into their highest self. That is the legacy I want to leave behind.
