Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
The moment that shaped how I see the world was when I realized that everything I survived every loss, every setback, every triumph had purpose. It wasn’t just life happening to me, it was God working through me. That revelation changed how I walk, how I worship, and how I serve. It taught me to see the world through the lens of purpose, compassion, and divine alignment.”
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
“Suffering taught me who I truly am. Success can celebrate you, but suffering reveals you. It showed me my strength, my resilience, and my complete dependence on God. Success taught me to shine, but suffering taught me to stand.”
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes !!! the public version is me. The difference is that the public sees the strength, the accomplishments, and the smile. What they don’t always see are the struggles and sacrifices that built that version. But every part is authentically mine.”
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
“Yes. Because my best isn’t measured by applause it’s measured by assignment. Praise feels good, but purpose fuels me. I show up with excellence because it’s who I am, not because someone is watching.”
