Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Michelle Gonzalez of Atlanta

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Michelle Gonzalez. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Michelle, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
What’s most misunderstood about my business is that people think it’s “just crystals and cute spiritual items.” In reality, Bronx Treasures is about healing, empowerment, and helping women reconnect with themselves. It’s not just a shop — it’s a spiritual experience and a pathway to transformation.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Michelle Gonzalez, and I’m the founder of Bronx Treasures—a metaphysical brand shaped by my Bronx upbringing and my personal journey toward healing and self-discovery. I create spiritual tools, affirmations, and manifestation products designed to uplift and empower women. I’m currently growing the brand, developing new offerings, and sharing guidance to help others feel grounded, inspired, and aligned on their own paths.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that needs to be released right now is the version of myself that doubts her worth and second-guesses her power. She kept me safe when I didn’t know better, but she no longer aligns with the woman I’m becoming. It’s time to let go of that old identity so I can fully step into confidence, clarity, and the life I’m manifesting.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that has held me back the most is the fear of not being enough — not deserving the love, opportunities, or success I dream about. It made me play small, overthink, and settle when I knew I deserved more. I’m finally learning to release that fear and trust that I am worthy of everything I’m calling in.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that what really matters to me is peace, genuine connection, and becoming the best version of myself. They know I care deeply about healing, building a meaningful life, helping others grow, and creating a future filled with love, stability, and purpose.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I only had 10 years left, I would stop wasting time doubting myself, overthinking, and staying in situations that don’t honor me. I would stop putting my dreams on hold and stop giving my energy to people and things that drain me. I’d focus fully on living, loving, creating, and experiencing everything my soul has been craving.
