Hi William, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is a normal day like for you right now?

Train 5am 6am take my son to school then get back by 830am for my class .. 10am – 12pm either train one on one or train myself .. Nap from 1pm – 3:30pm then pick up son then back at gym by 6pm then wake up and do it all over again!!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Meet the Man Behind Bodies of Steele – Owner of Quality Fitness Club
My name is [Your Name], and I’m the founder of Bodies of Steele and proud owner of Quality Fitness Club. I’ve been in the fitness game for over 11 years — not just training bodies, but building discipline, strength, and resilience.
This journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve taken a lot of L’s along the way — but each one came with a lesson. Those setbacks shaped me, sharpened me, and gave me the mindset needed to not just survive, but thrive in this industry.
Today, I run a successful fitness business, but I didn’t get here alone. My greatest support, my motivation, and the real MVP of this journey is my beautiful wife. Her belief in me, even when I doubted myself, helped turn vision into reality.
Bodies of Steele isn’t just a brand — it’s a movement. It’s about turning pain into purpose, hustle into habit, and strength into a lifestyle.
Let’s build. Let’s grow. Let’s get stronger — together.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was just going through the motions. I was working for Delta Airlines in a job that drained me. I was just a number, not a person. No one cared what you were going through. I remember when my son was about to be born—I told them I had to leave, and they told me I had to find someone to cover my shift. I didn’t have time for that. My son was coming into this world, and that moment changed everything. I left without looking back.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There was NEVER a time ! I took so many L’s back to back that it never broke me. I STAYED LOCKED IN and figured it out each time !! I knew it was much bigger than me
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes for sure !! I’m a very transparent person!
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
Caring less ! I care too much and sometimes having a big heart in business will hurt you more! Thanks why I’m so thankful for my wife because she doesn’t play around lol
