Hi Egleimar, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey into the beauty industry began from a very personal place. I’ve always been drawn to enhancing natural beauty not transforming it, but refining it in a way that makes each woman feel confident, elevated, and truly herself.

Originally from Venezuela, my path hasn’t been linear. Like many, I had to adapt, grow, and rebuild in a new environment. During that process, makeup became more than a skill it became a way to express creativity, connect with people, and create something meaningful of my own.

What started as a passion gradually turned into a profession. I became intentional about mastering my craft, focusing on soft glam, radiant skin, and timeless beauty. I was never interested in heavy or overpowering looks—my goal has always been to enhance features in a refined, effortless way that feels luxurious and lasts throughout the day.

As I grew, so did my vision. I transitioned from simply offering services to creating an elevated experience, especially for brides. I understood that it’s not just about how you look, but how you feel in those moments. My approach is calm, detail-oriented, and tailored to each client, ensuring they feel confident and taken care of from start to finish.

Today, through Brides by Egleimar Andrea, I offer a luxury bridal makeup and hairstyling experience in Atlanta, designed for women who value intention, trust, and elegance. My ideal client is someone who connects with my work, trusts the process, and values quality over excess.

This journey has been built through consistency, growth, and faith. And as I continue evolving not only as an artist but also in this new stage of motherhood I remain committed to creating beauty that feels timeless, intentional, and deeply personal.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has played an important role in shaping both my work and my perspective.

Starting over in a new country came with its own set of challenges adapting to a different environment, building a clientele from scratch, and establishing myself in a highly competitive industry. There were moments of uncertainty, especially in the beginning, where consistency and self-belief were tested.

At the same time, balancing work with personal responsibilities required discipline and resilience. Working long hours, often on my feet, while continuing to grow my business taught me the importance of structure, patience, and commitment.

More recently, navigating this stage of pregnancy this year while continuing to show up for my clients has been both challenging and meaningful. It has pushed me to be even more intentional with my time, my energy, and the experience I provide.

Each of these moments has strengthened my approach not only as an artist, but as a professional. They’ve taught me to move with purpose, to value quality over quantity, and to create a calm, reliable experience for every client I work with.

Looking back, those challenges didn’t slow me down they refined me. And they continue to shape the way I show up in my work today.

I am known for my attention to detail and for creating a calm, seamless experience for my clients, especially brides. For me, it’s not just about the final look it’s about how the client feels throughout the process. I prioritize skin-like finishes, balance, and techniques that photograph beautifully and last through every moment of the day.

One of the things I’m most proud of is building a brand that reflects intention and consistency. Every client experience is thoughtfully curated, from the consultation to the final touch. I focus on quality over quantity, which allows me to give each client my full attention.

What sets me apart is my approach. I don’t believe in one-style-fits-all beauty. Instead, I take the time to understand each client’s vision, features, and comfort level, creating a personalized look that enhances their individuality. My goal is always the same: to deliver a result that feels timeless, polished, and true to them.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I see the beauty industry becoming increasingly focused on individuality and refinement rather than transformation. Clients are moving away from heavy, trend-driven looks and are seeking artistry that enhances their natural features in a more timeless and intentional way.

In the next 5 to 10 years, I believe we’ll continue to see a strong shift toward skin-focused makeup healthy, radiant skin, soft definition, and techniques that are designed to last while still looking effortless. In the bridal space especially, there is a growing appreciation for looks that feel elevated but still authentic.

Beyond technique, I think the biggest shift will be in the level of service. Clients are placing more value on the overall experience, how they are treated, how comfortable they feel, and how seamless the process is. Artists who can provide not only a beautiful result, but also a calm, organized, and luxury experience will naturally stand out.

I also believe that branding and consistency will play an even bigger role. With so much visibility online, clients are drawn to artists who have a clear aesthetic and a strong sense of identity.

Overall, the industry is evolving toward a more curated, experience-driven approach, where quality, intention, and professionalism define success.
