Today we’d like to introduce you to Evette Phelps.

Hi Evette, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have been in the hair industry for a little over ten years. I grew up watching my mom do hair and I always knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps, but I also knew I wanted to take the hair industry to the next level for my family.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth ride? In no way has it been smooth getting where I am today. Learning to balance work, motherhood and being a wife has been the biggest challenge. But I do feel like if it wasn’t for my kids I wouldn’t have had the push that I needed to keep me going.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am the creator of my “Invisible Clip Ins”, they work really well with fine hair because they can not be seen. I am also a Hair distributor and Hairstylist! I specialize in Tape-Ins and Silk Presses. My extension line consists of Tape Ins, U-part wigs, Invisible clip ins, and ponytails.
