Life & Work with Nabih Karim of Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nabih Karim.

Hi Nabih, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Content creation has always been a part of me. I have always loved being behind the camera and making videos. I distinctly remember filming YouTube videos when I was younger because I wanted to be a YouTuber. As I got older, I decided to go to Nursing school because I wanted to have a more stable and meaningful career where I could make a difference in people’s lives. Even while focusing on school and my career, my love for creating never went away. Food has always been a big part of my life, and I love seeing the food scene in Atlanta continuously grow! I realized that sharing cute cafes and restaurants allowed me to combine my creativity with something I truly love, and that is how “Nibble with Nabs” came to be. It became a space for me to support local businesses and show the diverse food scene that Atlanta has to offer. Today, I am still growing as a creator, but I am proud of every piece of video that I put out. My goal is to make food videos that highlight a lot of the local businesses and the authentic side of Atlanta. Nibblewithnabs represents my creative side and my journey of balancing professional goals with something that genuinely makes me happy!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Balancing school with content creation has not been the easiest. I had to take several breaks from making videos because of finals or clincials. Since I am still in school, I have had to learn to divide my time between assignments and staying consistent with content, and it has been frustrating at times. However, these experiences have taught me discipline and commitment.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a food content creator who likes to highlight local restaurants and cafes. I create videos that not only highlight the food but also the atmosphere in a place. I would like to say that I specialize in creating visual food content for people to enjoy and discover new places. I am most proud of building my platform while balancing school and personal responsibilities. What sets me apart is that I try to create genuine content and relatable content so my audiences can trust my suggestions.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something surprising about me is that I don’t really need a perfect setup or expensive equipment to create content; it’s just my iPhone and me running the show. Even with a limited setup, I can create videos that feel aesthetic but also genuine because I want my viewers to feel like they are getting a real, tangible experience.
