Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Sanders.
Hi Natalie Sanders, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Music has always been apart of my life. From singing in the choir, playing piano and to now DJing and having a mix show every Friday on one of the greatest radio stations in South GA 107.9 The Beat. Huge S/O to DJ Tremayne!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not everyday was peaches and cream. Being in a male dominated profession, I had to work harder to make a name for myself but my fellow brother DJs always showed me love.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a DJ going on 10 years this year. I learned and watched what to do from fellow DJs that I admired , who didn’t mind giving me a helping hand. I remember being in college and seeing this woman DJ at our college parties. I think that’s what ignited my love for it. Seeing her in that element gave me the confidence to pursue my goal to be the great DJ that I am today.
I specialize in weddings those are my favorite. Being able to make someone’s special day even more special. It’s definitely an honor that I don’t take for granted.
I am most proud of my accomplishments this far is the DJ game.
What sets me apart from most DJs is my personality and willingness to make everyone’s moment the best.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Favorite childhood memory getting together with all my cousins. Whether it was someone’s birthday party or just a normal get together. Love, family & laughter
