Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like most small businesses, it definitely has not been a completely smooth road. One of the biggest challenges in the beginning was earning trust in an industry where many customers have had negative experiences or felt unsure about who they could rely on. Because we operate as a mobile service, we had to work even harder to show people that convenience could still come with professionalism, quality, and honesty.
Another challenge was building the business while managing the unpredictable nature of the automotive industry itself — from sourcing parts quickly to adapting to different vehicle makes and models in the field. Running a mobile mechanic business also means every day is different, and that can bring unexpected obstacles, whether it is traffic, weather, scheduling, or diagnosing a difficult issue outside of a traditional shop environment.
But those challenges helped shape who we are. They taught us how to stay adaptable, communicate better with customers, and continue improving our service. In many ways, the struggles became the foundation of the business we have today.

Those moments stayed with me because they taught me early on that working with your hands can be just as meaningful as working with your mind. Looking back, those experiences helped shape the passion that eventually became the foundation of this business.
