Meet Brittany Clark | Fitness Trainer

Today we’re excited to introduce you to Brittany Clark. Brittany is a Fitness Trainer and is also a content partner. Check out our conversation with Brittany below.

Brittany, it’s been too long since we last connected. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with our community again. Some readers might have missed our prior conversations, so maybe you can kick things off for us with a quick intro?
Hi, my name is Brittany. I’m currently living in Atlanta Ga. I’ve been here for about 8 years now and enjoy every bit of it. I started my fitness and health brand shortly after moving down here. I was at a job where I was sitting all the time. I’m used to moving around, playing sports, working out. I started back working out and seen a change in my then slowly plummeting health. Coworkers, friends, and family started to see the changes as well would ask me for advice. I love explaining and showing people what I do to achieve my better health and fitness level and my brand just grew from there. I already had a degree in Biology in which included taking classes where you learn about the body, nutrition classes, and exercises classes. I then also went and got my certification as a certified personal trainer. I got certified to teach Zumba. I also started to hold my own bootcamps. My brand really started to take shape when I decided what kind of clients I wanted to work with. I believe choosing to work with a client takes the same vetting process as someone would when choosing a trainer. I chose to work with beginners or people starting over. I chose this because I started over and so I know how it feels and what to do. Today, I continue to keep myself updated with the latest news and information to keep my clients safe while also helping them to become stronger.

Alright, so what’s new with the brand and business?
This brand now has an active YouTube channel. This is where you will see videos ranging from beginner friendly workouts to how to buy running shoes. I want this channel to be more than just fitness. I want to be able to build a community of people who are going after their goals.

Can you share a bit about your plan to work within the community?
Now that there is a slightly better control on this whole covid situation, I want to get back to outside boot camps. I want to hold these boot camps in different cities in the area. I don’t mind traveling all across Ga. I want to be able to let people choose what kind of boot camps they want. I want to also have themed bootcamps. I also plan to have health fairs within the community. The goal is to partner with local hospitals and other health brands. This health fair is supposed to give information about health-related issues so that people can understand the connection between health and fitness.

Where and/or how do you want to see this business grow?
I know that I’m not able to do everything myself, so I would love to hire on and start to build a team. This team will consist of everything ranging from a social media manager, a videographer, to more fitness trainers. With a team, I know this business will grow to become a household name. One main growth goal is to partner with health insurance companies to be able to provide my services along with their benefits that they offer to employees.

It was so great to reconnect. One last question – how can our readers connect with you, learn more or support you?
