Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryona Green.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My vision is to create a wellness-centered brand that blends beauty, herbal care, and internal healing. Whether it’s through beauty services or herbal juices, teas, and milk teas, caribbean snacks everything I offer is rooted in helping people feel good from the inside out.
I’m also have a career as a polysomnography technician, which ties into my passion for overall health, rest, and restoration. So my work sits at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and clinical care—supporting people’s confidence, energy, and well-being in a holistic way.
I don’t see beauty and wellness as separate—what you put on your body and what you put in your body should both support your overall health.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all—it’s definitely been a journey with a lot of learning, uncertainty, and growth. Balancing multiple passions and career paths at the same time hasn’t always been easy. There were moments where I questioned whether I should narrow myself down to one thing, especially while working in beauty, pursuing sleep medicine, and building Abielle Wellness all at once.
I’ve also had to navigate the challenges that come with building something independently—learning business, staying consistent, and continuing to believe in my vision even when everything wasn’t fully established yet.
At the same time, those experiences helped shape me. They taught me adaptability, discipline, and how to trust my own path even when it looks different from what people expect. Looking back, I think the challenges helped me grow into someone who is more intentional, resilient, and clear about the kind of impact I want to make.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a beauty and wellness professional with a background in esthetics, herbal wellness, and sleep health. I provide beauty services such as nails, brows, and waxing while also building Abielle Wellness, a wellness-centered brand focused on herbal juices, teas, milk teas, and Caribbean-inspired offerings that support overall well-being.
I specialize in creating experiences that help people feel good both internally and externally. What I’m most known for is my ability to blend beauty, wellness, and genuine care in a way that feels personal and intentional.
What I’m most proud of is building a path that reflects all of my passions instead of limiting myself to one lane. I’ve been able to combine creativity, wellness, and healthcare into something that feels authentic to who I am and the impact I want to make.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach. I don’t just focus on appearance—I care about how people feel, how they care for themselves, and how wellness connects to confidence and everyday life. My work is rooted in intention, culture, and creating meaningful experiences for the people I serve.
What does success mean to you?
I define success as having the freedom to build a life and career that feels aligned with who I truly am while positively impacting others along the way. For me, success isn’t just about financial growth—it’s about creating meaningful work, maintaining balance, continuing to grow, and helping people feel confident, healthy, and cared for.
Success also means being able to combine all the things I’m passionate about—beauty, wellness, herbal care, and healthcare—without feeling like I have to limit myself to one identity. If I can create something that genuinely helps people while also building a life rooted in purpose, peace, and growth, that’s success to me.
