Meet Charles Isaac of Eezy Sauce in Southside (College Park, East Point)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Isaac.

Charles, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve been cooking since I was like 12/13 and always loved creating new things or putting my own twist on dishes. So after a trip to Amsterdam which was my first international trip, I think it was 2011 or 12. Really cool experience, did a lot of site seeing and amongst other things, one thing I loved about the culture was their love for fries!

They had an array of dipping sauces just for their fries. So long story short, I was inspired and I came back on a mission to create a sauce with a taste of diversity but still remind me of home. Which is how I came up with Eezy Sauce. Fast- forwarding to now Eezy Sauce is mass produced by Wade Bottling Company in Ga and available through my website Eezysauce.com which was created by Olivia Frederick (IG: CreativelyOliviadotcom and on Amazon). I’ve always enjoyed building relationships with different people, branding and learning all of the ins and outs of becoming a successful business owner.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A smooth road? Not so much, but a consistent road, with bumps along the way, Yes! I’m currently working on finding investors and generating capital to fund my business. Like many other small business-owners, money and who you know can determine your success. To make Eezy Sauce a household name, I work 40hrs, I’m a food vendor for Kupcakerie, a bakery located in the Heart of East Point and I cater events to generate revenue for my product. Learning to sacrifice, communicate and remain resilient to propel EezySauce forward is a major priority for me so that I can leave something for my two children to have and I also want to give back to the community.

Please tell us about Eezy Sauce.
My business Eezy sauce is a food company that specializes in food enhancing products like sauces, seasonings, and etc. the name came from a nickname I picked up in my early 20s. Eezy is more than nickname for me. It’s a way of life. I always strive to be the best; that’s what being Eezy is to me. Eezy sauce is our 1st product and only one at the moment. Others are in the testing stage. I know there are probably millions of condiments, thousands of BBQ and hot sauces. Hundreds of variations of those sauces. Plenty of gourmet ones and a few that go with everything but it’s only one Eezy sauce. You have to try it! It has many uses. Marinade, dipping sauce, wing sauce. Can substitute for cocktail, bbq, taco, and ketchup sauces. Also, this company is “culturally in sync” which sets us apart from other condiments. #Eezyoneverything

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Probably being top pick in the street sports, we played as kids lmao I also loved when people tried my cooking for the first time and to see the joy in their face made my day.
