Meet Om Yadav of Yavi Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Om Yadav.

Om, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my journey back in 10th grade. While I was supposed to focus on studies, my mind was somewhere else — I was obsessed with understanding how money actually works.
I spent hours watching videos about making money online. Like most beginners, I got attracted to day trading. It looked like the fastest way to success. I even took $500 from my parents and started trading — believing I could turn it into something big.
But reality hit fast.
I lost everything.
That experience taught me early that not everything online is real. I started noticing that most “traders” were actually making money from selling courses, not trading itself.
That’s when I teamed up with my childhood friend Yash Vishwakarma, and we decided to test things ourselves. We created an Instagram page where we posted trading content, trying to sell a lifestyle and monetize through courses and referrals.
We stayed consistent for over a year.
We made almost nothing.
At that point, both of us — Om Yadav and Yash Vishwakarma — felt lost. But instead of quitting, we asked ourselves a better question:
👉 What skill do we actually have?
Because of all the content creation, we had already built strong skills in:
Graphic design
Video editing
Social media
That’s when we decided to start a marketing agency.
That’s how Yavi Media was born — built by Om Yadav and Yash Vishwakarma.
At the beginning, Yavi Media was just an idea. No clients. No proof. Just belief.
We started learning everything — Facebook ads, Google ads, outreach, and sales. We created an Instagram page for Yavi Media and started posting content.
Within one month, Yavi Media got its first opportunity — a small e-commerce dog products brand.
We were excited but inexperienced.
We tried to close the client at $800/month, then agreed on a smaller trial. The client paid us via PayPal — and the payment got stuck on hold. We panicked. We didn’t know how to handle it.
Eventually, we refunded the money… and the client disappeared.
That moment hit hard.
For Yavi Media, that was our first real failure.
But we didn’t stop.
For the next few months, Yavi Media kept doing outreach — messaging e-commerce brands, real estate agents, anyone we could help. We faced constant rejection, ghosting, and zero results.
At one point, we realized the problem:
👉 Yavi Media didn’t have a strong offer.
👉 We sounded like freelancers — not a real system-driven agency.
So we improved everything:
Offer
Sales
Messaging
We even started offering free trials just to get results for Yavi Media.
Still — more failures. Clients ghosted. Some didn’t even know how to run ads. Some never showed up.
It took over a year of consistency with almost no results.
But we made one decision:
👉 Yavi Media will not quit.
That’s when everything changed.
We decided to niche down and focus only on painting and home service contractors. We rebuilt Yavi Media’s offer completely.
Instead of “running ads,” we focused on results and revenue.
Finally, we closed a client for around $600/month.
But this time, Yavi Media had a clear mission:
👉 Turn this client into a case study.
We launched the campaign.
Day 1: 4 leads
Month 1: $37,000 in revenue generated
That was the first real Yavi Media case study.
Everything changed after that.
Now Yavi Media wasn’t just another agency — we had proof.
We signed more clients. One of our campaigns generated:
👉 $42,000 in revenue with just $2,000 ad spend
That became another strong Yavi Media case study.
At this point, Yavi Media started scaling.
We built systems. Improved outreach. Closed more clients.
But the biggest shift came when we evolved Yavi Media from a simple ad agency into a complete AI-driven marketing system.
Today, Yavi Media’s system does more than just run ads.
Our AI-driven system at Yavi Media:
Generates leads
Qualifies them
Follows up automatically
Books appointments directly into our clients’ calendars
So our clients don’t chase leads — they just show up and close deals.
Because of this Yavi Media system, our clients now average:
👉 8x–10x ROI on ad spend
And to maintain quality, Yavi Media works with only one contractor per city.
Today, Yavi Media, founded by Om Yadav and Yash Vishwakarma, is doing around:
👉 $78,000/month
But more than revenue, what matters is the impact.
From losing $500 in trading…
To building multiple Yavi Media case studies…
To creating a real AI-driven marketing system…
This journey has been built on failure, consistency, and learning.
Even today, there are moments where things feel uncertain.
But one belief has stayed constant:
👉 If you stay consistent long enough, things eventually start working.
And that’s exactly what happened with Yavi Media.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges in building Yavi Media was going through long periods where nothing seemed to work.
In the beginning, we didn’t have clients, results, or even a clear direction. Me and my co-founder, Yash Vishwakarma, tried multiple things before starting Yavi Media, including running a trading-related Instagram page for over a year — and we made almost no money from it. That phase was frustrating because we were putting in effort but not seeing any return.
When we started Yavi Media, things didn’t suddenly get better.
Our first client experience itself turned into a challenge. We closed a small e-commerce brand, but due to inexperience, we faced payment issues, lost the client’s trust, and had to refund the money. For us, that was a big hit — not just financially, but mentally. It felt like we finally got an opportunity and lost it.
After that, the biggest challenge was consistency without results.
For months, we were doing outreach every single day — messaging business owners, trying to start conversations — but most people ignored us or didn’t take us seriously. At that stage, Yavi Media had no strong positioning, no case studies, and no real proof. We sounded like beginners, and that made it harder to close clients.
Another major challenge was figuring out what actually works.
We tried different niches like e-commerce and real estate, but nothing really clicked. We also struggled with our offer — we were focusing too much on “running ads” instead of solving a real business problem. It took time for us to understand that businesses don’t care about ads — they care about revenue and booked jobs.
There were also operational challenges.
Some clients we did get would ghost us, delay things, or not set up their ad accounts properly. That made it difficult to deliver results even when we were ready to work. It taught us that getting a client is one thing, but working with the right client is everything.
The turning point came when we decided to specialize and rebuild Yavi Media properly.
We focused only on painting and home service contractors and shifted our approach from just running ads to building a complete system — one that generates, qualifies, and books leads.
That shift solved many of the earlier challenges.
Today, the challenges are different — more around scaling, maintaining quality, and improving systems — but those early struggles were the hardest because there was no certainty.
Looking back, those challenges were necessary.
They forced us to improve our skills, fix our positioning, and build Yavi Media into a results-driven system rather than just another marketing agency.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Yavi Media ?
Yavi Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps painting and home service contractors generate consistent, high-quality jobs through a complete, systemized approach — not just ads.
What most people should understand about Yavi Media is that we’re not just running campaigns. We specialize in building a predictable client acquisition system for our clients.
At Yavi Media, we focus specifically on:
Painting contractors
Renovation companies
Home service businesses
This niche focus allows us to deeply understand the industry, the customer behavior, and what actually drives booked jobs — not just leads.
What truly sets Yavi Media apart is our AI-driven marketing system.
Most agencies stop at generating leads.
We go much further.
Our system:
Generates high-intent leads through ads
Qualifies them automatically
Follows up instantly
Books appointments directly into our clients’ calendars
So instead of our clients chasing leads or dealing with no-shows, they get ready-to-close appointments.
That’s the difference between leads vs booked revenue opportunities — and that’s where Yavi Media stands out.
We’re also very focused on quality over quantity.
Unlike many agencies that work with multiple businesses in the same area, Yavi Media works with only one contractor per city. This ensures exclusivity and allows us to give full attention to each client’s growth.
Another thing we’re known for is results and case studies.
We don’t believe in selling hype. We focus on performance.
Some of our campaigns have generated:
Over $37,000 in revenue in the first month for a client
Around $42,000 in revenue with just $2,000 in ad spend
Our clients typically see around 8x–10x ROI, which is what we aim to consistently deliver.
Brand-wise, what we’re most proud of is that Yavi Media has evolved from just another agency into a system-driven business.
We’re not dependent on luck or trends — we rely on:
Proven processes
Data-driven decisions
Continuous optimization
And most importantly, we focus on long-term client success, not short-term wins.
What we want readers to know is simple:
Yavi Media is built for business owners who are serious about growth.
If someone is just looking for cheap leads, we’re probably not the right fit.
But if they want a reliable system that brings in consistent jobs and real revenue, that’s exactly what we deliver.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are a few ways people can work with or collaborate with Yavi Media, depending on what they’re looking for.
For business owners — especially painting and home service contractors — the main way to work with Yavi Media is by partnering with us to implement our AI-driven client acquisition system.
We typically work with:
Painters
Renovation companies
Local service businesses
who want a consistent flow of booked jobs, not just random leads.
Since Yavi Media works with only one contractor per city, we’re selective about who we partner with. We look for businesses that are serious about growth, ready to invest in marketing, and committed to scaling long-term.
For collaborations, we’re open to connecting with:
Other agency owners
Content creators in the business space
Industry professionals in the home services niche
Whether it’s sharing insights, building partnerships, or creating content — we’re always open to working with people who bring value and think long-term.
In terms of support, the biggest thing is simply spreading awareness.
Anyone who resonates with what Yavi Media is building can support us by:
Sharing our work
Referring business owners who need help
Engaging with our content
At the end of the day, Yavi Media is built on results and relationships.
We’re always looking to connect with the right people — not just to grow the business, but to build something meaningful in the long run.
