Today we’d like to introduce you to Quan Spivey.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My business started while in college, I was very active throughout my HBCU. However, once graduating, I knew I wanted to be more in the media, so I began Popquan Podcast in early 2019. After realizing how big podcasts were, I expand my brand by getting t back into doing Photography in late 2020. Right now, Popquan is a media brand with a lot of different content.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This road hasn’t always been easy. I have faced tough times with low viewing and struggling with trying to find Popquan Podcast a home studio. Also lacking creativity and second-guessing myself a lot.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Popquan is a media brand. We have a popcorn podcast which a monthly podcast with trending topics with 6,500 total plays. Also, we have Popquan Photography, which specializes in HD shots. Finally, we have Popquan Podcast Vlog, which is our YouTube channel that displays different vlogs,bts and etc, Our slogan is -“Don’t compare yourself to others. Your time to POP is coming!
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Always be professional and stay humble. Be willing to learn new things and don’t be afraid of change, and be willing to help others if asked.
