Today we’d like to introduce you to Terrick Griffin.

Hi Terrick, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Well, I initially started by assisting my brother in promoting his clothing brand, MasterMindsDET. Around 2017/18, I began reselling sneakers and clothes with a college friend of mine, Filmore. I never intended to establish my own clothing brand because I didn’t want to encroach on my brother’s territory. However, in mid-2024, my brother encouraged me to start my own brand, and I decided to take the plunge. Now, we’re here, and it’s been an exciting journey.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
So far, so good. We’ve been on a smooth journey as we’re discovering our place in this industry. We’re not rushing things; we’re taking everything one step at a time.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We design clothing for almost everyone. We create pieces that resonate with most people and try to convey a story with each item that makes our supporters feel connected to our creations. We’re most proud that we can create something today that will still be worn years later. We strive to make timeless items, not just trendy ones. What sets us apart is that we genuinely love what we do and aren’t doing it for a quick money grab. Everyone involved has years of knowledge in streetwear clothing.
