Rising Stars: Meet Sam Stowell of Inman Park/ O4W

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sam Stowell

Hi Sam , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve worked in Real Estate since 2016 and my business partner works in Fitness. We have busy, active lifestyles and needed healthy & convenient meal prep. After trying online services, we saw a huge need for an in-store concept that provides coaching, accountability, and community. We brought Project LeanNation Intown to Atlanta for that reason and it has added to our daily lives tremendously. Living in Midtown and VA Highland, we get to see our neighbors who have become PLN members and meet tons of people weekly we would never have had the opportunity to before, all while providing them a platform and space for healthy, nutritional meals, shakes, and protein supplements.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I’d say it depends on the day for any small business owner! It’s been over a year since we first opened our doors and we have an amazing, friendly staff who helps us daily and have also grown to know the community. So that being said, we have our cadence down and fortunate to be surrounded by employees we also learn & grow from.

What were you like growing up?
This is Sam speaking- I was always the kid who got in trouble for talking incessantly and asking too many questions. I was always very inquisitive and interested in the world around me, which has benefitted me tremendously through my adult life. Interest wise, I played a lot of tennis and was always with friends.
