Rising Stars: Meet Yolacia Davidson of West Point,GA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yolacia Davidson

Hi Yolacia , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a 27-year-old from Valley, Alabama, and I graduated from Tuskegee University with a degree in Biology, fully prepared to pursue a career in the sciences. But as I was walking that path, God was quietly rerouting my steps. What began as a personal journey of faith soon turned into something so much bigger than me.

At just 16, I launched my first ministry, SavinMe4Him, a movement centered around faith, purity, and purpose for young people. As I transitioned into college, I brought that ministry to the campuses of Troy University and Tuskegee University hosting gatherings, Bible studies, and events that created safe spaces for students to grow in their relationship with God.

From that foundation, God led me to create Kingdom It Girls, a movement for women of all ages who desire to honor God over cultural norms. (Instagram: @kingdomitgirl) It’s more than a brand it’s a sisterhood rooted in faith, confidence, and calling. We empower women to walk boldly in who they are, while embracing the truth that being set apart is a blessing, not a burden.

Eventually, what began as a campus movement transitioned into a full church, Reckless Love Worship Center International, where I now serve as an ordained minister under the leadership of my mother, Pastor Sabrina Davidson. Watching a seed God gave me at 16 grow into a church that’s touching lives across generations has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life.

One of the greatest joys in my journey has been serving beyond my local community and reaching hearts across borders. Through Reckless Love Worship Center International and our outreach arm, we launched a special initiative that supports families in Jamaica with clothing, school supplies, and computers. It started as a simple desire to meet needs and has grown into a consistent mission of love and support. Being able to send laptops to students who wouldn’t otherwise have access—or clothing to families in need reminds me that ministry is global. I truly love to serve, and it’s an honor to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He sends me whether it’s down the street or across the ocean.

For years, I’ve also been the one behind the scenes running church social media pages, helping ministries stay relevant, engaging, and spirit-led online. That experience led me to discover a deeper passion for visual storytelling and creative strategy.

God began revealing my gifting in creative direction, and I fully embraced it launching YDCreativeStudio, a space for creatives, influencers, and entrepreneurs to bring their visions to life. I was traveling around serving clients, creating content, and managing shoots, when God placed it on my heart and said, “Why not have everything you need in one space?” He aligned a vision I had years ago, and YDCreativeStudio was born. It was originally created just for my clients, but then God told me to open it to the public to bless others beyond what I imagined. Now, clients are able to bring in their own photographers or use trusted, in-house creatives at YDCreativeStudio to bring their vision to life. We’ve also created space for Photographers and Creatives to make YDCreativeStudio their home through our flexible membership options giving them consistent access to a professional, purpose-filled environment to create freely.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of creatively directing podcasts, television shows, brand campaigns, and even being on set with some of today’s most well-known rappers. Whether I’m building a set, styling a shoot, or curating a content strategy, I do it all with excellence, purpose, and the presence of God.

I’m also the founder of Young Saved Fly, a Christian lifestyle brand that proves you can be faith-filled and fashionable. It’s a reminder that being saved is not boring, and being young is a mindset. The brand represents bold faith, clean living, and Kingdom confidence.

So while I hold a degree in Biology, my true calling is rooted in ministry, storytelling, and creativity. It’s been a journey of surrendering my plans for God’s and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn is that not everyone will understand or support the vision God gave you. There were moments where I shared what God was showing me, and instead of support, I got blank stares, silence, or even jokes. Some people literally laughed at the idea of creative direction being a “real” career for me. They couldn’t see the calling because it didn’t come wrapped in a traditional title or pathway.

At first, that hurt. It made me second guess myself, wondering if I was doing too much or dreaming too big. But God reminded me: if He gave me the vision, then it doesn’t need anyone else’s validation. He showed me that my creativity is ministry, and He’s the one who equips and sends.

And sure enough, He did. God started sending clients who didn’t just want pretty content, they wanted purpose-driven vision. People who didn’t need me to prove myself because they could feel what I carried. That’s when I realized: I’m not for everybody, but I am for somebody—and God will make sure they find me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a Social Media Manager, Creative Director, Fashion Stylist, & Business Owner. Everything I do flows from a place of purpose and faith. I specialize in helping people bring their vision to life—whether that’s building a brand, styling a shoot, curating a digital presence, or creating meaningful content that connects with people’s hearts.

I’m the CEO of YDCreativeStudio, a creative space where entrepreneurs, influencers, podcasters, and photographers can execute their ideas in excellence. Through my work, I provide everything from set design and styling to branding, strategy, and interior design. I also manage social media accounts for businesses, helping them grow online in an authentic and engaging way.

As a Fashion Stylist, I work one on one with clients in person and virtually to help them step confidently into their style, whether for events, photoshoots, or everyday life. I specialize in modest fashion that’s still bold, expressive, and statement making. I believe your look should speak before you do, and my job is to help people feel empowered, elegant, and aligned with who they truly are.

What sets me apart is that I bring ministry into the marketplace. Every detail, from the content I post to the clients I serve, is intentional. I don’t just create, I pray, discern, and execute with excellence. For me, it’s not about trends or aesthetics alone; it’s about impact. Before every shoot, strategy meeting, or styling session, I take time to ask God what He wants to be revealed through the work. That level of spiritual alignment brings a different weight to everything I do.

I believe that creativity is one of the purest forms of worship, and when it’s done with God at the center, it becomes transformational. Whether it’s a social media campaign, a fashion look, or a content shoot, I approach it with the mindset that this could be the very thing that unlocks confidence, clarity, or calling for someone else.

I’m most proud of the fact that God trusted me to build something that’s not just pretty but powerful. Something that shifts atmospheres, challenges norms, and opens doors for others to walk in their calling too. I don’t take it lightly that my hands touch brands, people, and platforms that influence culture. So I steward it with grace, integrity, and bold faith.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are so many ways to work with me, collaborate with me, or simply support what I’m building! Whether you’re an entrepreneur needing creative direction, a brand looking for content and social media strategy, or someone who needs styling for a shoot or event, I’d love to connect.

You can book services through www.YDCreativeStudio.com, where we offer everything from set design and content creation to styling, brand consultations, and interior design. I also take on select clients for social media management, helping businesses grow online with purpose and strategy.
