Story & Lesson Highlights with Briona Wilkins of Stockbridge

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Briona Wilkins. Check out our conversation below.

Briona, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
I believe energy is the most important. Intelligence and integrity both matter, but energy sets the tone for everything we do. The right energy inspires people, attracts opportunities, and influences how others experience you. You can be smart and honest, but without positive, consistent energy, it’s hard to motivate yourself or connect with others in a meaningful way.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Briona Wilkins, a multi certified lash artist, educator, and beauty studio owner with over seven years in the lash industry. I have a background in psychology and mental health outside of beauty. However, Beauty has always been part of my world — my mom has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years, so I grew up understanding the importance of quality, care, and creativity in this field.

At my studio, I specialize in premium lash extension services designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty while providing a relaxing, luxury experience. Alongside client services, I also teach professional lash courses and sell high-quality products to other lash artists, helping them refine their skills and build their own successful businesses.

What I want clients to know is that I take pride in professionalism, consistency, and genuine care. Whether they’re booking a service, taking a class, or shopping my products, I want every person who interacts with my brand to feel confident, valued, and inspired. Being a Lash Girl Standing means that you are a confident woman that exudes light and love onto others.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful as a lash artist was when I completed my very first full lash set on a client. Seeing her look in the mirror and instantly light up made me realize the kind of impact I could have through my work. It wasn’t just about lashes — it was about confidence, connection, and transformation. That moment showed me the power of my craft and pushed me to keep growing, teaching, and helping others feel that same sense of empowerment.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that’s held me back the most has been self-doubt. When you’re building a brand and stepping into new levels, it’s easy to question if you’re ready or capable. Over time, I’ve learned to push past that by focusing on my progress instead of perfection. I remind myself of how far I’ve come — from doing my first lash set to now owning a studio, teaching courses, and mentoring others. I’ve learned that confidence grows through action, and the more I trust myself, the more my work and opportunities expand.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
Some of the truths that are foundational to me are service, integrity, and faith. I believe in treating every person with dignity and respect, no matter who they are or where they come from. Having a pure, genuine heart guides how I serve others — whether it’s through my clients, students, or daily interactions. I also keep my faith in God at the center of everything I do. Those values ground me and remind me that true success comes from how you treat people and the energy you put into the world.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow, I think my clients would miss the energy and care I bring to every appointment. They’d miss not just the quality of my work, but the experience — the conversations, the calm atmosphere, and the way I make them feel seen and beautiful. I’ve built real relationships with my clients over the years, and I think they’d miss that personal touch and genuine connection just as much as their lashes.
