Hi Taylor, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Lately, I’ve been taking up Barre & Pilates and really prioritizing self-care. It’s been such a refreshing balance outside of work — helping me clear my mind, stay centered, and feel stronger mentally and physically.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey! I’m Taylor Gladmon, the owner and creator of The BartendHER, a luxury mobile bartending and beverage experience brand. What makes The BartendHER unique is that we go beyond just pouring drinks — we curate the vibe. From custom cocktail menus and themed setups to full sensory experiences, we focus on making every event unforgettable and elevated.

I started The BartendHER over 8 years ago with a simple passion for hospitality and creativity, and it’s grown into a brand that empowers women behind the bar while bringing luxury and personality to every celebration. Right now, I’m expanding the brand into new areas like The BartendHER Blueprint, where I help other aspiring bartenders and bar owners build their own dream setups and elevate their businesses.

At the core of everything I do is intention — creating beautiful, well-thought-out experiences that make people feel celebrated.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed I had to play small and follow the “safe” path to be successful. I thought success meant doing what everyone else expected of me. Now I know my power is in thinking bigger, taking risks, and creating my own lane. I no longer believe I have to fit into a box…. I create my own.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Learn to control your mind early — your thoughts create your reality. You’re powerful, capable, and deserving of everything you dream about. Trust yourself and don’t dim your light for anyone.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m committed to building a household name as an entrepreneur of multiple successful brands. From The BartendHER to Midas Moving and beyond, everything I create is part of a larger vision — building generational wealth, opportunity, and legacy. No matter how long it takes, I’m dedicated to turning each idea into something that lasts, inspires, and represents excellence.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes — I’m very passionate about my work and what I bring to every project. I give my best, not for praise, but because it’s a reflection of my character, my craft, and my calling. Every detail carries intention. Whether anyone notices or not, I take pride in delivering excellence — because my art is an extension of my soul.
