Today we’d like to introduce you to Carmen Sun Jones.

Hi Carmen, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Energy Toss Network started with me having a drink of tea one morning in front of our brick home. The concept grew more with wanting to get back into radio. Giving advice over a live feed is nothing new. However, what was new was the power/passion and responses that came after me doing those videos. The concept grew more with me wanting to get back into radio. Jason Jones (Jupiterlove) my husband and I discussed this constantly over a year or two.

I decided to call the radio show Energy Toss Radio Show which grew as well, now with our partner we’ve grown into Energy Toss Network. Energy Toss Network overview is OUR CULTURE OUR LOVE OUR POWER OUR MAGIC OUR WAY. The goal is to deal in digital real estate in giving women/men people of color the opportunity in podcasting/online radio showing, videos, workshops, networking seminars and growing their ideas.

We have our ever-growing Energy Toss Network YouTube Channel with a wide variety of shows and hosts. We’ve also now added our own Radio station ENERGY TOSS RADIO powered by LIVE365, growth is just beginning. I look forward to growing with interviews in studio(The Plug Atl) or virtually. I also look forward to consulting in the one on one safe space that the Jonesboro Mini-suites have to offer at our new headquarters ENERGY TOSS NETWORK.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
This road to our growing empire is still a hard road. So many times, my husband and I wanted to give up. Interviews are not your regular ones, we don’t really care about celebrities because their stories have been heard.

The concept of allowing underdogs or people that some long have forgotten that have blazed pathways are our mindset. The struggle of getting people to understand, so many telling us we’re wasting our time is overwhelming.

We constantly keep going because we even see zero as a number. You must recognize it to even get to one.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known more for being an award-winning spoken word artist/ events coordinator and radio personality. My husband Jason Jones has been doing music for over 20 years and Stephen Tucker (Steady Beatz) has a career in IT and been in music for a number of years.

We all have in common and specialize in artistic love. The most proud moments for us all as a group of Black Entrepreneurs is seeing this dream become a reality. Watching the faces of our family and friends whom want to see us all win and us doing so.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Wow in five years, we see us having an entire ENERGY TOSS NETWORK HEADQUARTERS. To open our doors with all artistic growth in the digital real estate world. LeggoMindset is a valuable asset to have. Being able to set other people of color on an amazing path of beauty in their dream.

This year there are so many things happening for Energy Toss Network that we are too scared to place out there right now…. But we will say… ENERGY TOSS NETWORK is a beautiful vision that keeps on giving a Galactic Vibe that you must be apart of.
