Meet Eboni Killian of The Peach of Peachtree

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eboni Killian.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Eboni. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’ve been in the real estate industry for almost ten years now as a real estate agent. It’s always been my passion to help as many people as I could to become homeowners. A couple of years ago, I had a desire to invest in residential real estate, so I attended a bootcamp and learned everything I could about investing in real estate. 60 days after graduating from that bootcamp I invested in my first residential property. I decided then to open up my own real estate investment company, where I not only helped homeowners that needed to sell their homes because of life-changing events but also helped others learn how to invest in residential real estate as well.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been an amazing journey. It has not always been sunshine and rainbows. In this business consistency is huge. So finding a good work, life balance took some trial and error. I’m a single mother of 4 beautiful kids, so adjusting to a schedule that allowed me to work how I needed to, but still be able to make my son’s baseball game or my daughter’s chorus program took some time to put in place.

Please tell us about The Peach of Peachtree.

We also teach other individuals including real estate professionals how to properly invest in real estate.

I’m most proud of being a trusted resource to those in need of my services, whether it be a homeowner that really needs to sell because of a life-changing event, or teaching someone how they too can begin to create a legacy for themselves and their family by investing in real estate.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory is the summer I spent with my grandmother, great aunt, great grandmother and my two closest cousins. We took the Amtrak train and traveled around the perimeter of the United States, with stops in a few cities. That experience will last me a lifetime.
