What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times?  Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them.  Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

David Knox

The first 90 minutes of my day are sacred to me. I always start with a gratitude prayer, followed by five minutes of meditation and some stretching to center myself and set the tone for the day. From there, I usually put on something inspirational — often Abraham Hicks, who’s one of my favorite teachers — to keep my mindset high-vibrational and focused. Read more>>

My morning starts by getting our daughter out of her crib and then having some quiet time together watching cartoons while we drink our milk and coffee. Once we get ready for the day, we kiss Mama bye and then I bike her over to daycare drop off before riding to the shop. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of a typical day… First! Coffee! It’s a beeline from my bed to the coffee machine. Two or three cups usually do the trick. Then, it’s all about Catherine, who can now stretch her arms out for me to pick her up. Read more>>

The first thing I do every morning is water myself — mentally and physically. I start with a brief meditation to ground myself, followed by reading and journaling to set my intentions for the day. After that, I head to the gym for a workout. Read more>>
