Meet Veronika Hill of Skinucations in Sandy Springs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Veronika Hill.

Veronika J. Hill is an industry-leading clinical esthetician, certified endermologist and founder and chief executive officer of Lusterskin products. Highly respected in the skincare community, Veronika has been changing lives through her extensive knowledge of nutrition and evolving treatment procedures to correct and improve her clients’ choices today for healthier and age defying skin tomorrow.

Fulfilling her lifelong passion for a balanced mind and beauty, Veronika spends extensive time researching and developing her Lusterskin product line, which includes natural-based serums, creams and lotions to promote best practice skin and body care regimens. The line’s signature product “The Brown Bottle Blend, features essential oils and vitamins for lasting enhancements to the skin – beauty’s raw canvas.

Reflecting her authority on achieving healthy and beautiful skin, Veronika is a sought after aesthetician to a number of notable clients, including Ceelo Green, Sean Garrett, Karli Harvey and Mo’nique. In addition to running her own spa, she also is a regular contributor to leading print and digital media outlets, a published author, skincare instructor and frequent guest lecturer at seminars and workshops. All of these activities serve to fulfill Veronika’s passion to inform, educate and share with the public the important link between healthy skin maintenance, good nutrition and overall wellness of mind, body and spirit.

Veronika earned her certifications at the world-renowned International Dermal Institute and the American Institute of Aesthetics, which are both located in Southern California. Her work experience includes an internship at the prestigious Body Clinic, and tenure as Senior Esthetician for the Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, California.

A native of Ohio, Veronika’s spends her leisure time giving back to the community through complimentary services to senior citizens, youth groups and other organizations.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This journey has had its ups and downs. Some of the struggles along the way have had me sleep in my car, evicted, divorced and loss of children. Yet I rise. I created my skincare line LUSTERSKIN PRODUCTS for a legacy of my own. My maiden name is Veronika Luster. I started giving my product away for free because of the passion I have for living a long quality life after seeing it not happening in my own family and our culture. Because of my passion for this Lusterskin Products were born. Skinucations is the name of my salon. The simplicity of effective skincare through education. We often say knowledge/education is power I beg to differ applied knowledge/education is power. There is knowledge/education we know but do not apply it therefore it is just something you know and have not experienced it because we do not apply it.

Please tell us about Skinucations.
My company is Vee, Inc. Skinucations is my skincare business where I promote “The Simplicity of Effective Skincare through Education” I am a licensed clinical esthetician and I have been since 1986. Presently licensed in 3 states. I specialize in corrective skincare using organic and natural products from God’s laboratory and nature’s pharmaceutical with no side effects. I created a product line call LUSTERSKIN PRODUCTS. My clients refer to me as “the Truth”.

I am most proud of my company for staying true to integrity, ethics and the desire to HELP make a difference in one’s life. This in many ways sets me apart from others. I am experienced and very knowledgeable in my profession. This gives me great joy and fulfillment in my life. I feel especially in this day and time companies are looking to make money and make it fast with little concern for the people they serve. I advise my students to stop chasing money anything you are chasing is running away from you. Become excellent at what you do and the money will come.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood is the times I spent with my Father. His advice, his love and his direction. The vacations that our family spent together and the visits to our grandparents seeing we were their first grandchildren.
