Today we’d like to introduce you to Tsani Merriweather.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Tsani. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have served at different levels in a Corporate environment for multiple health plans in the field of Managed Care for more than 20 years but my true passion has always been through touch. As a Massage Therapist for more than 15 years off and on, I knew that I desired more for myself holistically and for my clients. After attending just one Tantra event and private session with the Atlanta Institute of Tantra & Divine Sexuality in 2018, she began her journey that would physically and spiritually expand her practice. Tsani received her Level 1 Tantric Touch Certification in 2018 and became the Assistant Director at the Institute and created Tantra Blue to revive my own practice. Since then I continue to develop my knowledge by reading books on Tantra practices, books principled in finding pleasure in all facets of life and sacred sexuality. I practice and take every class offered by the Atlanta Institute of Tantra & Divine Sexuality.
I have also received my Reiki Level 1 Attunement this year and am working to develop my practice more around
intimacy coaching.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
First, physical challenges throughout the years kept me from being a consistent practitioner. Second, I would say my fear of letting go of corporate “stability.“ Third and maybe most importantly, I had to work on my lack of confidence as a whole, healthy, happy person and believe that I needed to be committed full time to this healing work for myself and those that I touch.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the TantraBlue story. Tell us more about it.
I am the creator of Tantra Blue and am an Atlanta based wellness enthusiast and pleasure activist. I support men & women on their paths to more self-awareness in their bodies and owning their own pleasure primarily through touch-based therapy. I am here to create a space to experience conscious loving touch that is full of respect, kindness, and authenticity. I am passionate about promoting growth and healing primarily because I have my own experience as a long time consumer and learner coupled with formal training that helps me guide clients through the best experience for them. I am most proud of the active listening skills and the caring and loving touch I have developed over the years.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t know about luck but I think my desire to be professional, warm and open-minded has afforded me the opportunity to meet great people that want to have me in their presence or work with me. Just being kind and friendly towards others and genuinely happy within myself has proven me well both professionally and personally.
