Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick LaMonte.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I began my career in real estate in 2017 with no connections and just threw myself into it. Since then, I have received multiple achievement awards including Rookie of the Year 2018 in my office as well as company-wide for Harry Norman Realtors and am a top 10 realtor out of 60 for my office currently.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road in this industry is very tough. You must dive into it wholeheartedly and not hesitate. It takes a drive, patience, and consistency and those are three things that are very hard to teach if not already instilled in you. I have had to work very hard to get where I am with no connections and no guide to follow. I had to create who I am and how I found my success and that included a lot of sleepless nights and stress day today.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
As a realtor in Atlanta, I am everywhere all the time with the development. I specialize in multiple housing markets such as North metro Atlanta, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Brookhaven, Midtown, and Chamblee. I would say that I am proudest of my company for allowing me to be myself and working with me constantly to become better day by day! They are one of the most well-respected companies in the industry and very much care about you and the client in every situation.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I would have to say that receiving Rookie of the year 2018 Company-wide was one of my proudest moments in not only my career but my life as well. I would also say the creation of my brand with the company was a very proud moment for me as well.
