Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Butler.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Pamela. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have always had a passion for design. My family and friends have always told me how nice my home was decorated. Therefore, I decided to turn my hobby into my career. I was trained through the Staging Diva Training Program (Debra Gould, The Staging Diva).

My interior Design Accessorizing training classes are from Rebecca Roberson Interior Designer (Roberson Designs). I take my passion for design to create beautiful spaces, that transform a house into a home.

My services include: vacant staging, occupied staging, and re-design services and color consult.

Has it been a smooth road?
For the most part I haven’t had much struggles

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Studio B Home Staging – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My business is a home staging business, with staging it boosts the chances of getting a home sold quickly and possibly even for a higher price. I would come into the client’s home with a in home consultation. My job is to get to know the clients, build rapport, listen to their needs and expectations, access the space and deliver a plan to get the home sold.

My company is a fairly new business, the joy that comes from seeing the faces of the home owners when their house sell quickly, from being staged. which makes me feel I have done my job well.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I really like the city; the traffic is something else. It took some getting used to, but it hasn’t stopped me from getting where I need to be.

Pricing:

My consultation is $250.00 up to two hours an $ 90.00 for each additional hour.
The square footage, layout and which rooms they would like to be staged, price range $800 to $2000
