Geniene, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Royal Kreations started as just a hobby, and services I only provided to close family and friends. Decorating, cooking, and serving others has been my passion since I was a child. Always the class mom, team mom, and party planner for any one who needed my help. As my kids got older and more dependent, I decided to turn my passion and God’s vision into reality. Royal Kreations started with custom made sweet treats and quickly flourished into a full-blown decor and planning business. I also added custom made cakes, and a venue boutique to call my own. I love what I do, so no matter how hard it gets, pleasing my demanding customers, or overwhelmed I get, Royal Kreation is what drives me to do better and become one of the greats in this business. Royal Kreations is definitely on the move, and god has so much more in store.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a business is always a huge goal to fulfill, but it comes with a price. I’ve lost a lot of sleep, can’t attend a lot of family functions, not always eating healthy, and I’ve even lost some relationships with people along the way. Not everyone is happy for your blessings as you travel your journey through life, and I’ve had to learn to be okay with that. Sometimes, I feel like I’ve dived into something I wasn’t prepared for, but God continues to show and guide me where I’m destined to be.

Royal Kreations is your one-stop party shop. We specialize in custom sweet treats, custom cakes, decor packages, event planning, as well as a venue space. We like to think outside of the box and not break the bank. Any idea or vision you have we definitely bring it to life with a touch of royalty. We have packages to fit everyone’s budget. What sets us apart from others is we make your entire experience a personal one and leave no detail undone.

I have a great support system who help make all this possible. My two kids Russell and Jade, not only help wherever I need them, but they push me to become the best me possible. I have a ton of family and friends who lend helping hands, prayers, and encouragement that keep me going.
