Today we’d like to introduce you to Aquarius Harris.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Aquarius. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started just in my own hood in my Patna kitchen. I took it legit and went to school for culinary arts that had me to eat two certificates, my survsafe and levy restaurant diploma. Then, I just started cooking for the ATL and trying to get global.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been too smooth, I had to deal with not trusting people and putting more than what I give, I have learned to be successful business-man.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
My business is mostly of creativity that I put in towards my food. I specialize in all my creations and definitely my seafood sauces.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I had a rough lifestyle. It could have been better but I chose a different route had to battle challenges with street gangs, fights and being homeless and deal with school. Everything that happened to me, I still manage to graduate high school and culinary school.
