Today we’d like to introduce you to Mrs. Quadrea Clarke.

Mrs. Quadrea, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
As a little girl, I was always that family member that wanted to plan a party or be in charge of all of the family events. It didn’t really hit me that I loved planning until I got engaged! I got engaged and went planning crazy! I eventually hired a wedding planner, because I wanted to make sure I received the best deals and that I had an individual on my wedding day to ensure it ran smoothly. Sure enough, everyone told me that I didn’t need a planner and with my creative eye and sense of organization, I could have did everything on my own without a planner! Unfortunately, the planner that I hired didn’t live up to the “Top Quality” expectations that I would have had. No worries though! My wedding was one the best days of my life and I would relive it over and over! But I know there were somethings that a Bride and Groom shouldn’t experience and that’s why I started my own Event Planning Company! I wanted to show not only engaged couples, but all celebrators that planning and executing a party should not be the had part but waking up the next day from enjoying it should be!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
On this journey, the road has not always been smooth and probably will never be! With struggle comes reward so every time I hit a bump in the road, I embrace it. My struggles at the beginning was obtaining clientele because I didn’t have a portfolio for clients to look at and make their decision that way. I basically had to sell myself and my services and ensure them to trust me and my work.

Please tell us about Top Quality Events LLC.
Top Quality Events LLC is an Event Management company that specializes in weddings. We are able to accommodate any type of celebration but we are best known for our wedding insight and expertise. As a company, we are most proud of how we can stand out to individuals in this society of popularity. We are not “social media famous” but our presence in our community is known and we make sure that everything we do is done with the highest quality no matter what. TQE is set apart from others because we pride ourselves in our clients’ experiences. We are not driven by money or fame, but by the simple fact that we leave our clients with an experience to remember always.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory were all the times I forced my siblings (I am the oldest of 8) to help me put on shows during special holidays and also them helping me with events that I would throw as a child.
