High Achievers was founded in 1998 by Jeff Liesener and Tom Gundrum as High Achievers Network. The Arizona based company expanded to California and Texas, and became a leader in training and development for individuals and organizations. Some of the most trusted authorities in training and development took our stage, including Dr. Denis Waitley, Nido Qubein, Peter Montoya, Glenna Salsbury, Les Brown, Dan Lier, Scott McKain, and the late great Jim Rohn.
Doug Grady came on board in 2002. He helped expand the company and worked his way into an equity position. When the economy began to turn in 2006, Doug was given an opportunity to buy the company.
In 2012, Doug met David Alexander, a successful entrepreneur with several ventures under his belt. After a three-hour trail run on a Monday morning, they sat down on a picnic table and carved out what would eventually become the merger of their two training companies, rebranded as High Achievers.
David is now the president and CEO of High Achievers. David is building a world class expert faculty to help empower business owners to Embrace a Lifestyle of Achievement. This is achieved through our Nexpert Business Coaching Program and our Catalyst Mastermind Program.

It has been a rocky road until recently. Now, everything seems to be coming together for us.

(For example: customer service, operations, human resources, financial, marketing, etc.) After the training, we spend the rest of our time facilitating a peer to peer discussion group on best practices involving that month’s business topic.
Our Catalyst Program will provide incredibly high value for a price that any business owner can afford. Our team has been involved in over 25 entrepreneurial ventures, with many years of experience. Ability to attend a full day monthly meeting to grow and develop your business.
Your gross annual sales are between $0.00 and $1,000,000 a year.

I’m not sure how I feel about luck. I have certainly had good and bad. I do think when we work hard, do the right thing, help people out, that good luck tends to happen more and bad luck gives us an opportunity to learn.
