Today we’d like to introduce you to Autumn-Dawn Lewis.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
How I got here today can attribute to consistency and a positive mindset. I started my podcast January 2020 and have seen over 1,000 listens and international listeners. I sat on this podcast idea for two years and finally, with a positive mindset and some consistency, it’s taken off. My pageant title came years after leaving the pageant scene. I thought moms couldn’t be pageant queens. I finally found an organization that creates a platforms for ALL WOMEN and supports the concerns I find important. Mindset change allowed this opportunity to fall into my lap.
Lastly, Leasing Director of a luxury lease-up. I showed up in my role way before the promotion happened. With leasing, you can feel a shift in energy so quickly that a great day can turn into a bad day within minutes. Mindset is everything. Know that you can lease to anyone and execute that fire inside EVERY DAY.
Has it been a smooth road?
The only thing that’s smooth is champagne going down my throat every other day! Seriously though, OF COURSE NOT. I have personally struggled with mental health, specifically in the area of depression. Advice I would give to women is: appreciate all the progress you have made, run your own race, and go to therapy. There is always room to improve. Never forget to be a forever student of learning you.

My podcast is dedicated to highlighting balance while being a boss. When I hear boss, I think of someone that has all their stuff together. Well, they don’t tell you that having all your stuff together at work doesn’t make it true over your entire life. There has to be balanced in mental, spiritual, and physical and that’s what my podcast is all about.
My pageant platform is Q.U.E.E.N. I broke the words down to stand for Queens United to be Empowered and Equipped Nationwide. I want all women to have the skills that need spiritually, mentally, and physically to take on anything. Most importantly, let’s come together as women and help each other achieve all those skills. I’m a girls girl, so this is a life’s goal, just not a pageant platform. With Luxury Lease-Up, it’s about connection. Corporations want great people managing their properties and residents want to be managed by great people. I love what I do and it show’s in my work.
Who have you been inspired by?
I would say two women in particular. My mom, of course. She is the epitome of resilient. There is nothing “ordinary” about our story and she just shows me that love has no bounds. It keeps no record of wrong and always prevails. I love you, mom and thank you for always being just what I needed.
Second would be my aunt. I have always been compared to her, which is an honor actually. She is a BOSS. She’s a God-fearing woman but will not hesitate to get you together if need be. As a become older, I can see a lot of me in her and I’m very grateful to have her to look up to! Shoutout to you, Aunt Donna! Ya’ll thought I was going to say a celebrity didn’t ya… lol.
