Today we’d like to introduce you to Tamara Denuzzo-Brown.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Tamara. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started Scents By Mara by trying to figure out what the next step was in my life. I am a stay at home mom, and needed something to do in my free time. I knew I was in interested in candles, so one day I sat down and watched YouTube and did research for hours. It started off as more of a hobby, but then I found myself loving to do candles and try new things with it.

Has it been a smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road at all. Time management has been a big thing for me, that I am still working on. Also, building my brand and networking has been one of my more tough challenges, but after doing more research and getting feedback, I feel confident enough to progress and perfect my brand!

Scents By Mara soy wax scented candles and wax melts are hand-poured and handcrafted to perfection. My products are all natural. Free of animal products, fillers, alcohol, sulfates, parabens, phthalate & unnatural products. Releasing no toxins into the air. What I’m most proud of as a company, is the potency of my personally designed scents.
