Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Campbell.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started my MUA journey a few years ago after Learning that with me being a dark skin woman and hearing the person that was servicing me at the time mostly prefer a lighter skin tone because it was better for business. It actually shocked me really bad so then because of that reason, I began to study and continuously watch YouTube videos and practice on myself so that I could show more love and support my beautiful Dark Skin Woman and woman in general no matter their skin tone. I wanted to make all women feel beautiful.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road but I practice as much as I could to perfect it to my best and I’m still in practice but I’m absolutely way better than where I started.
Please tell us about @beatsbydcam.
@beatsbydcam is an up and coming Makeup Influencer brand that is willing to teach all and make them feel beautiful no matter what.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would’ve done a lot of practicing on different skin tones instead of myself constantly.
