Today we’d like to introduce you to Nelson Bulmash.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Nelson. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 1984, I broke my back in four to six places. This put me on a path to become a chiropractor in 1991. Over the next 29 years, I put my focus on developing ways to become exceptional at helping people recover from injuries and feel significantly better and more functional This journey helped me create a system of bodywork called Torque Reset. I have helped everyone from kids, parents, grandparents, and world champions, with this technique. I have even used this system of care to assist athletes at state, national, and world sporting events.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I fractured my back in multiple places. This put me on a path that spanned more than ten years before I began to experience relief and recovery from the excruciating pain of my spinal injury. I also struggled to get my practice off the ground for the first 10-12 years. I simply didn’t have the necessary business skills to thrive. The tragedy of 911 and the recession of 2008 brought crippling blows to my practice. Today, we deal with the blow of another epic obstacle called COVID-19. So yes, there have been struggles.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
I have been in practice for just shy of 29 years. I am a chiropractor, naturopath, clinical nutritionist, retired world-class strength coach; I am also the creator of Torque Reset, an effective bodywork system that can be used to help reduce or eliminate pain, enhance one’s ability to heal, function, and perform. I have also become regarded for my award-winning TV, radio, and podcast show: Health Matters with Dr. Nelson Bulmash. My unique experience and skills have drawn people from all over the United States.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Helping Inspire my kids and others to pursue doctorates in various Healthcare fields.
