Today we’d like to introduce you to Desiree.

Desiree, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started doing nails two years ago. I had never done nails and never even thought about doing nails until my daughter went to get her nails done at your local nail shop and didn’t like the shape of them. I reshaped them so well that I said to myself, “I think I want to go to school for this.” I enrolled into school two months later and was a natural. Because of my superb attention to detail and overall maniac personality when it comes to things being precise, I knew that I wanted to bring nothing but the best to every client I had the pleasure to service.

Has it been a smooth road?
My journey has definitely been a blessed one. The Lord has aligned my steps through my journey. The grind of any entrepreneur starting a business is just that, a grind. You have to put in the time and work in order for your business to be successful. Fortunately enough for me, my journey has been a pretty smooth one. I would contribute that to being called to do this.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Trinity Image Nails story. Tell us more about the business.
Trinity Image Nails is a company based on excellence. I am a celebrity nail artist here in Atlanta. I specialize in the health, wellness, and beautification of nails. My style is classy and elegant nails but I also like to do fun and chic design work as well. I believe that working in a spirit of excellence should be standard in anything that you do. I spare no expense when it comes to the products that I use to ensure that my clients’ nails are healthy. My goal is to educate my clients and ensure that they receive an unforgettable quality experience.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see great things happening in the nail industry! I’m so excited because I know in the next 5-10 years, black nail artists all around the world are going to be popping up everywhere. I look forward to seeing the growth of black clientele being services by a black artist. The change is going to be beautiful.
