Meet Jakelya Willis of Exalt Venus Waistbeads in Snellville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jakelya Willis.

Jakelya, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
A small-town girl from the Red Mississippi clay with strong ancestral connections to my roots. My need to heal the woman within myself has allowed me to open to doors for other women to heal themselves also whilst on my journey. Once I touched my first string of beads, I immediately overstood the karmic connection and purpose of my journey. My job is simply to help women heal, all while I make it an intentional practice to heal myself. It has been an absolutely beautiful journey thus far.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been easy. Starting a new entrepreneurial voyage shrouded in healing has been more like ripping the band aid off the wound so that it may breathe. Business has at times, been excruciatingly painful but necessary to achieve the self-sacrificing honor of healing women just like me. All in all, it has brought me to a place of euphoria to continually amaze myself of what can be accomplished when I allow myself to be stretched by my own will power and intuition.

Please tell us about Exalt Venus Waistbeads.
Exalt Venus Waistbeads are waistbeads created for the divine feminine petitioned in fuck you and fuck off. Doused in essential oils, cleansed, and charged for abundant attractions. Exalt Venus Waistbeads are for the modern day woman who rules in the boardroom and the bedroom. There’s no grey area in my healing practices… I specialize in helping women acknowledge their inner bitch because she’s magical. Today’s climate has proven that it’s a cold world for women, and it’s only getting colder. Women are going to need “that bitch” to survive in today’s climate. Men on capital hill are making life or death decisions about women and their sex organs. It’s going to take a healed and aligned “bitch” to say “fuck you, fuck off”.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing because how else would I have learned? The journey has been beautiful even when it was ugly. I’ve enjoyed every bit of it up until this point, and I plan on continuing to do so. Mistakes and all.
