Today we’d like to introduce you to Karras Jordan.
Hi Karras, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory
I’m originally from Jersey City, New Jersey. I moved to Atlanta after getting a record deal. Once the deal went sour. I started modeling, and acting. I wrote books titled “Mind of a Maniac, and My beautiful ugly life.” I’m also a co-host for Afternoon tea radio on iheart I recently been back in the studio and I will be dropping my debut ep titled THE Wolf on March of 2021 on all platforms.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it’s never a smooth road. The hardest thing is finding genuine people. People that see your vision and want the best for you. The entertainment business is a cut-throat business and at the end of it all, everyone wants something.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My music is about pain, struggle, as well as love and strength, in order to get to heaven, sometimes you have to go through the hell. I try to bring that timeless music back where you can go back to it a couple years from now and still be able to listen to it. Many artist today goes with what’s trending and what’s hot, and I’m not knocking them especially if it works, but I want people to be able to think about they struggles when listening to my music so they can appreciate what they have at that moment.
