Hi! My name is Arliscia Dial and I’m the owner of Mirrored Beauty LLC. When I’m not working on building and branding my growing cosmetic line I’m a licensed natural hairstylist. I specialize in locs. I provide services such as Loc maintenance, Loc extensions, instant locs , & faux locs . I’m a mother of 3 .
Where do you see yourself in the next three to five years?
In the next 3 to 5 years I see my line being sold in places like Target , Walmart, Sally’s… just to name a few I see myself opening a full service salon.
How do you juggle working full time, running a business and being a mom?
It’s extremely challenging but time management is key ! I’m still working on it .
Does owning a business have an impact on your personal life?
When you’re focusing on building your business you tend to put your personal life on hold. It has an impact on mine because between working full time , trying to build a business, and being a mom I tend to forget about my personal life .
