Meet Matthew Brueck and Caley Stokes of iTrack Motorsports in Winder

Today we’d like to introduce you to Matthew Brueck, Caley Stokes.

Matthew, Caley, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Matthew Brueck’s father got him into racing at a young age. The Sports Car Club did not have any track days to attend at the time and Matthew really wanted to get involved on track. That is when he got the idea to branch off and start his own track day company, iTrack Motorsports. In 2009, iTrack started off by hosting track days for racers around the Southeast at world renowned tracks, such as, Atlanta Motorsports Park and Barber Motorsports Park. In 2015, there was a need for drift drivers to get back on track and build that scene up again. Lanier Raceplex opened its doors and iTrack Motorsports started hosting monthly drift events at that track. They pride themselves on being the most affordable and safe organization out there all while having fun at the same time. With iTrack expanding each year, it was time to bring in some help behind the scenes. Caley Stokes started with iTrack in 2017 to help the magic unfold. Their main focus is to keep the motorsports scene alive and keep drivers safe and knowledgeable to keep it around for years to come.

Has it been a smooth road?
Owning your own business is never easy. There is always someone criticizing you and the way things are done. You always have to stay ahead in whatever industry you are in. But when you see the good outcome and hear the kind words from loyal customers and friends, it is so rewarding to know that it is all working out.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the iTrack Motorsports story. Tell us more about the business.
iTrack Motorsports is the leading provider in the Southeast for Drifting and Track days. We host an event at a major track that a driver of any skill level can bring out their car to enjoy out on track. Drivers bring anything from their every day driver to their fully built race cars.

We are most proud of the positive impact we have had on the community. With over 400 active drivers, we have taken a region with nothing going on to a place everyone wants to come drive. The atmosphere at our events is what sets us apart from others. If you don’t know someone, by the end of the night you will be throwing down tandems and exchanging information to get to know each other. There are no outcasts.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
We hope to stay ahead of the curve and bring the first dedicated drift track to the Southeast. iTrack is currently looking for interested investors to help make this dream a reality. There is a want and need to keep motorsports relevant and we want to continue to help do that.
