Today we’d like to introduce you to Ber Wolf.
Ber, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started in the property management business 4 years ago. I work with a team that has a lot of experience in the industry. We work hard to find properties that would best suit our clients needs. We then renovate the space if necessary, and then decorate and furnish the property. There is no better feeling than making someone feel at home away from home! I always put myself in the mindset of a guest and do what I can to make the space luxurious, yet cozy.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There are constant struggles that come up daily. Though I truly believe that if there aren’t any struggles, my passion would fade. These struggles include emergency home maintenance, last minute purchases, deals that don’t materialize and dealing with evolving regulations within this industry. I set my standards high, so achieving them is way beyond a 9-5 job.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Mountain Sights Rentals?
We are a vacation rental company based out of Atlanta, GA. We specialize in luxury accommodation’s across the metro area. We are rapidly growing and expanding our portfolio. We take great pride in the standards of our homes, and the customer satisfaction which is our priority.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, my parents always taught me that success will only come through hard work. I always had big aspirations of building a brand that would offer something unique. I thought of hundreds of ideas through my schooling years. Moving to Atlanta was shocking, I don’t think I’ve ever seen trees before. 🙂 This beautiful city is where my hard work and dreams are coming to fruition. I still dream every day and hope to do better and bigger!
