Rising Stars: Meet Sharrion Hardy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharrion Hardy.

Hi Sharrion, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I first got into the lashing industry as something to do. After about a month I quickly grew a desire and passion for lashing. I stayed up late and woke up early to take clients before and after work. At the time I worked a regular 9-5 job and a part time job on the side. Once I learned that the beauty industry is extremely profitable and fun to work in I made a goal for myself to take 2 clients a day. Eventually, my clientele grew tremendously allowing my to quit my 9-5 and focus on my lashing business. I am now a full time certified eyelash technician and trainer. I decided to take the step to start training others on the lash business because I have a strong belief that helping others brings me blessings. As of today I have lashed over 1000 people and trained over 400.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the beginning, gaining clientele was a bit hard because I lacked marketing knowledge. Through trial and error a few marketing courses I eventually grew my clientele over the years.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a certified lash technician and trainer. My clients and trainees know me most for my reasonable prices. I take pride in being able to provide a service that is not only affordable but maintainable for everyone. Eyelash extensions are high maintenance and can get pretty costly.

I strive to satisfy my clients and give them the best price possible.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I have big goals for the years to come. I will be expanding my business to offer more products. I also plan to open a lash supply store in the near future.
