Hi Shampreil, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I retired from active duty Airforce in 2018 and wanted to continue to use my key attention to detail to help others. Being a mother of five my family always joked about not being able to get anything by me. I used it all to build my business, Code Pink Inspections llc. It turns out to be a great marketing plan for business.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Code Pink Inspections was started right before COViD hit, literally 1-2 months before. My ideal marketing plan was shattered, no open houses, meet and greets, etc but social media and word of mouth grew stronger than ever. I knew my personality would win most people over but I had to re-route how to connect with potential customers.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Code Pink Inspections LLC?
Code Pink Inspections LLC is designed to give our customers a peace of mind. We understand how stressful but important home buying is. I provide all clients with a detailed non-alarming report and inspect every home as if it’s my own. I’m most proud of being able to deliver an honest report to every client and still be 5 star rated on all platforms.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Yes, there are several that has purchased or bid on a home they have never seen before in person. They use the inspection report to be their eyes.
