Rising Stars: Meet Delawna Davis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Delawna Davis. She shares her story below:

Delawna Davis is an Alabama native but moved to Douglasville, GA in the early 2000s. Delawna began her career in real estate in 2008. Her passion is in ownership and building wealth. Delawna has an exceptional ability to build rapport with her clients. She is a high-profile agent with extensive market knowledge with an unmatched devotion to her clients. Due to the hard work and passion, most of her clients turn into a friendship by the end of the transaction. Delawna goes the extra mile for each of her clients by ensuring they have the information they need to make a knowledgeable offer. Part of her personalized service includes sitting down with each client and going over a game plan tailored to them.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The last two years have been challenging for sure, but I have still found home for all my buyers. Listening and have a detail plan to execute has help during this trying time of overcoming homeownership.

Delawna Davis has over 14 years of experience in helping clients find and sell their dream homes. With millions of dollars in sales Delawna is a top producer within her brokerage. She has received many Elite Club Awards putting her in the top 10% of her brokerage. Delawna is a member of the Atlanta Realtor Association where she was named a top producer. Delawna is also a part of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Delawna is not only passionate about real estate. But also self-care and education. Delawna’s passion is always shown. One of her biggest accomplishments was receiving her Doctoral Degree in Counseling while working two full-time jobs and being a mom. Delawna is not only a mother and a successful Realtor. She is also a Professional School Counselor in Middle School since 2004. During her time in counseling she was named educator of the month three times. Her caring personality and dedication to education is what makes Delawna an outstanding mentor. Delawna nurturing spirit helps her when training and coaching new agents coming into the business. Delawna has helped many new agents become successful and taught them how to balance two full-time careers.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Definitely compassionate and love teaching, In the next five years, I see myself as a Real Estate Coach.
