Meet Jacqueline Carlton of Moments Captured by Jacqueline in Alpharetta and Johns Creek

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueline Carlton.

Jacqueline, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Photography is a skill that I have been honing for many years. As a stay-at-home mom, I had many opportunities to capture candid and special moments of each of my children’s lives. I found that I love taking pictures of people and places. Over the last three years, I decided to grow my business and start offering my services to those outside my family.

In the process of branching out, I found a few mentors to help me hone my skills and develop my style of photography. Now, I am proud to say that I specialize in contemporary portraiture with an emphasis on providing stylized portrait shoots that help women and families create elegant portraits that they can cherish for a lifetime.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I am appreciative of all the obstacles and challenges that I have endured because they have made me a better person and photographer.

I started Moments Captured by Jacqueline as a passion project and I have no doubt I made the correct decision.

As a professional portrait photographer based in Johns Creek, GA, I specialize in contemporary portraits. I currently have a home based studio where I offer a magazine styled shoot complete with a makeover. I want my female clients to feel special before, during and after a session with me. I truly believe that everyone deserves to be photographed beautifully.

In addition to contemporary portraits, I also offer headshots and personal branding photography services that are tailored to the modern business person. With these services, it is my goal to help you elevate your brand by creating magazine quality images that can be used to attract your ideal clients.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would not do anything differently if I had to start over again.
