Meet Bronson Kurtz of Personalized Technology Services in Canton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bronson Kurtz.

Bronson, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
After sitting on the phone for hours and getting nowhere with technical support for my computer, I reached out to one of my computer friends who solved my problem in minutes. I was angry and happy at the same time.

This began a friendship that included business, games and computers.

We began to network Xboxes together and build our own XBOX live system so we could all play from home.

We took our love of technology and games and started a company helping people and eventually businesses.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road has been very bumpy along the way. From learning the hard way about taxes, being betrayed by those close to me, losing customers to not being able to put gas in my vehicle.

Thanks to amazing friends, excellent advise and loyal counselors, including my father and wife, I was able to overcome and succeed.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Personalized Technology Services – what should we know?
We are a technology company. We offer companies advice how to use technology to grow and keep their information safe.

Since we love the technology, we have fun with what we do.

I am most proud that my company and the team I work with allows me to spend time with my family and not miss and be part of their little lives.

Over the years, several features set us apart. To stand out. The first is our ability to simplify the technical into easy to understand concepts.

The Seconds is our incredible response time. We are easy to reach and quick to reply.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
The credit hardly goes to me. I have been supported by loyal friends and family the entire time.

The first is my father. He taught me at an early age to work. Because of him, I have been able to work at any job.

The second is my wife who patiently helped me become a better man which is still a long road in front of me.

My first partner Daniel was essential to get started. He taught me technology. His tech skills and my entrepreneurial spirit was a great combination to start.

Lastly, my current team, headed by Matt, have been invaluable to us grow.
