Daily Inspiration: Meet Paige Berkey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Berkey.

Hi Paige, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, I always wanted to become a nurse. I began my nursing career working in the Pediatric ICU at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. I did a little bit of Pre and Post-Operative Care, as well as travel nursing, before finding my niche in Aesthetics. Working as a nurse injector is a dream come true! It is the perfect blend of art and medicine, and I love helping my clients feel like the best version of themselves! I am continuing my education and finishing my Nurse Practitioner degree, set to graduate in February 2024!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has been a tough road to get here, but possible with a lot of hard work and dedication! I have a 4-year undergrad degree to receive my Bachelor of Science in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse. I am finishing up another 2.5 years of Graduate school to obtain my Family Nurse Practitioner degree. It took so much research, time, applications, etc. to get in the aesthetics industry. It is very competitive but so rewarding!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I work as an advanced nurse injector at OVME in Peachtree City. I specialize in injectable cosmetic treatments: Botox, Dysport, Filler, Sculptra, and more! I have an eye for facial balancing and treating the face as a whole rather than individual parts. It is important as an injector to keep in mind ~harmony and balance~ when treating clients.

What matters most to you? Why?
Natural results and keeping unique, individual features! My goal is not to change anything but to enhance your already gorgeous looks!
