Hi Forrest, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started One Vision Productions in 2004 with no formal training to help organizations tell their story through media. Video production is an innovative platform that enabled me to accomplish my goals. I focused on my strengths of being customer service-oriented, an excellent salesman, and a fast learner. I adopted a strategic approach by seeking leadership development, skilled professionals, and legal representation. My desire to provide top-notch customer service while helping businesses attain a polished and professional image became a reality. Today, with hundreds of clients served in the U.S., we are working towards expanding our footprint worldwide. One Vision Productions was voted “Best of Georgia” and one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. Our capabilities include video production, aerial drone services, animation, audio mixing, branding services, creative strategy, directing, editing, film production, graphic design, live-streaming, motion graphics, photography, production design, pre/post-production management, professional lighting, script writing, and sound design. We have contacts and resources to assemble the additional crew and other experts to tell your story.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting and growing my business was challenging. I positioned my company for financial growth by targeting corporations and government agencies. Although the move was risky, the goal to become a certified vendor and service provider paid off. This strategic move was the turning point for the evolution and sustainability of my company. As a result, we received B2B referrals, larger contracts, and more revenue. I hired contractors and staff, took on more projects, invested in leadership development, and pursued other passions and philanthropic endeavors.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an award-winning author, entrepreneur, film producer, Master Life Coach, and Master Certified Motivational and Accredited Speaker®. I am among Georgia’s 500 Most Influential Leaders and the Top 100 Transformational Leaders by the John Maxwell Team. I deliver keynotes and training workshops to high-level entrepreneurs, leaders, and speakers throughout the U.S. and internationally. As a producer, I trademarked Filmpreneur® due to my creativity and entrepreneurial skill set. My projects include award shows, commercials, documentaries, films, music videos, podcasts, stage plays, and television shows.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I provide business and life coaching services. I would collaborate with creatives on film projects and event planners for speaking engagements.
