Hi Juan Acevedo, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We came up with the idea 3 years ago. while working at a local Mexican restaurant, we researched mobile bars and saw their was little representation for Hispanic inspired drinks . We got inspired with company’s in California that where doing exactly what we wanted to do. With this opportunity on the market we start bartending small events in a very empiric way, after months pass by we saw the big opportunity and also the demand on the market which was huge. We invested on education going to mobile bar companys conventions in Texas and Tennesse. This was the inflexion point in our company we optimize our marketing, our logistics and operation and most important our aestithic and service with the costumers. After that it was only getting better and better with time, investing on equipment, eduaction for our bartenders. We are always on our journey to be better every time

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No in the beginning we both worked full time jobs and at the same establishment which was a challenge. Also thankfully we were quickly growing and had to invest quickly in more equipment like bars, bartending equipment and a utility van. Finding staff was a challenge at times as well,
