Danielle, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey began with a drive during Covid for Self-Care and Self-Love. Also a strong personal connection to healing through natural and herb infused feminine and skincare products. After struggling with eczema and experiencing firsthand how harmful chemicals in store-bought products affected both me and my son, I turned to natural remedies.

This personal healing journey inspired me to create natural skincare and feminine products, leading to the birth of Bod Dee Love. Through research and my passion for holistic wellness, I developed products like yoni washes, scrubs, soaps, and oils—all handmade in small batches, using botanical infusions. I started locally, and soon, thanks to online sales, I reached all 50 states.

Each step of the journey has been fueled by my commitment to providing healing and self-care, especially for those who seek safe, more natural alternatives. Today, I continue to grow Bod Dee Love, focusing on educating others about the power of natural ingredients while expanding my offerings.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Like many small businesses, Bod Dee Love faced challenges, especially in a fluctuating economy. There have been times when sales slowed down unexpectedly, and it was hard to predict customer demand. The shift in consumer spending habits, especially with rising costs, made it difficult to keep the momentum going.

But through it all, I maintained a positive mindset. These challenges have only made me more resilient and resourceful. I focused on refining my brand, listening to customer feedback, and expanding my product line to better serve my community. Every setback was an opportunity to learn, and I always kept in mind why I started Bod Dee Love in the first place: to offer natural healing and self-care. With that purpose guiding me, I’ve been able to push through tough times and remain optimistic about the future.

For Bod Dee Love, the goal is to stay online while expanding brand recognition. This means doubling down on our core values—natural, botanical ingredients and small-batch products—while leveraging digital tools to reach more people.
