Rising Stars: Meet Lina Valiukaite of Roswell, GA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lina Valiukaite.

Hi Lina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I am a licensed aesthetician and nationally board-certified classical homeopath. I was born and raised in Lithuania, where I developed a strong interest in skincare and helping others while studying nursing and aesthetics. When my family moved to the United States in 1999, I continued on this path and completed my aesthetics training in Atlanta, GA, in 2002.

With over 20 years of experience in medical esthetics, I began to see that healthy skin was more than skin-deep—it reflected the overall health of the body, mind, and spirit. This realization led me to pursue further education in holistic and integrative medicine, specifically Homeopathy.

I completed a 3-year program at the American Medical College of Homeopathy at PIHMA in Phoenix, Arizona (2019), and received board certification (CCH) from the Council for Homeopathic Certification. I also earned a BSc (Hons) in Homeopathy from Middlesex University in London, UK (2021), and I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy (ND).

I first encountered homeopathy nearly a decade ago while searching for alternatives to support my son’s health. Witnessing his transformation through homeopathy was life-changing—it showed me the power of natural healing and deepened my passion to help others on their wellness journeys.

In my practice, I combine classical homeopathy with holistic skincare to help clients achieve both internal balance and external radiance. I also offer Tissue Cell Salt Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies, and Bio-Energetic Testing. My goal is to support each client in achieving optimal health—not just symptom relief, but true balance in body, mind, and emotions.

My clients often come to me after exhausting conventional options. They’re seeking more than a quick fix—they want to be heard, understood, and guided toward real healing. I’ve created a nurturing space where people feel safe to explore natural solutions and experience meaningful change.

While I’m not a medical doctor and do not diagnose or treat specific diseases, I work holistically in partnership with my clients’ healthcare providers to support their overall well-being.

It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m deeply grateful to do work that aligns with my purpose—helping others heal naturally, confidently, and holistically.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road—like many small business owners and holistic practitioners, my journey has had its challenges.

One of the biggest struggles was navigating the transition from a traditional esthetics background to offering a more holistic, homeopathy-based approach. It required not only years of additional education but also a shift in mindset—both for myself and for my clients. Educating people on the deeper connection between internal health and skin health, and helping them understand the value of natural healing, has taken time, patience, and persistence.

Building a practice from the ground up also came with typical small business hurdles—balancing motherhood, continuing education, financial investments, and at times, the uncertainty that comes with doing something unconventional. I took a leap of faith leaving a stable job to pursue my vision full-time. It was both exciting and scary.

Despite the struggles, each obstacle helped me grow both personally and professionally. It has been worth every step to do what I love and help others feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At Homeopathy & Holistic Skin Health, I specialize in a unique blend of holistic skincare and classical homeopathy. My approach combines advanced skin treatments with natural therapies that support the body, mind, and emotions. I focus on uncovering the root causes of skin issues—whether they stem from hormonal imbalances, stress, digestive disturbances, or emotional suppression—and helping my clients achieve long-term healing, not just temporary fixes.

In my facial treatments, I incorporate bio-energetic testing, Celluma LED light therapy, biochemic cell salts, and advanced tools like DF Iontophoresis and Cool Peel treatments. I customize each facial using both modern technology and time-tested natural modalities. I also work with clients of all ages through homeopathic consultations, offering safe and gentle support for issues such as skin disorders, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and more.

I’m most proud of creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Many of them come to me after trying everything else and finally feel hopeful about their skin and health. I’ve helped children heal from chronic eczema, teens regain confidence, and adults break free from long-standing symptoms using individualized, natural care.

What sets me apart is the integration of skin health with homeopathy and energetic medicine. Most estheticians don’t have a background in classical homeopathy, and many homeopaths don’t work hands-on with the skin. I bring both worlds together to support true healing from the inside out.

How do you think about happiness?
Helping others heal brings me genuine happiness. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about seeing someone regain confidence in their skin or find relief from a chronic issue they’ve struggled with for years. I love witnessing people light up when they start to feel like themselves again—when their skin clears, their energy returns, or they achieve emotional balance.

I also find joy in continuous learning. Whether it’s exploring a new holistic modality or keeping up with the latest advances in skincare, I truly enjoy expanding my knowledge so I can better support my clients. On a personal level, spending time in nature, being with my family, and watching my child thrive brings me deep joy and balance in life.
